Job description

Bsure Consultants is inviting freelance recruiters from across India to work with us on active recruitment requirements. This remote opportunity is open to experienced recruiters and freshers interested in gaining practical recruitment experience. Freelancers will earn commission for successful candidate placements. Important: This is a commission-based freelance opportunity and does not include a fixed salary. The commission structure and payment terms will be communicated before work is assigned.

Responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals and personal networks.
• Screen candidates according to the assigned job requirements.
• Share relevant, verified candidate profiles in the required format.
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews, feedback and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Freshers and experienced recruiters may apply.
• Good communication and candidate-handling abilities.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments within agreed timelines.
• Access to a computer or smartphone with a reliable internet connection.
